Yesterday I was standing in the middle of a meadow admiring the purple Snake's Heads that are almost in full bloom right now.
Sadly most owners of the meadows didn't see the beauty in the spring bloom of these rare flowers, so most of them are gone. Today we can see too many monotonous corn fields in that area. A pity. Our natural heritage is disappearing too fast due to the wrong farm policy. Ž later told me that that meadow belonged to one of his colleagues.
A thought crossed my mind that I would buy that piece of land if I had money; to preserve what is left.

Beautiful! And what a great idea to buy some land to preserve its natural character.
