There is a silence in my home again. It is only 22,8 degrees C in my living room now. It was 37,7 yesterday in the morning. I did some cleaning in the afternoon. Cats make such a mess. Do you know that I do lots of things to make other people happy? I was actually fed up with the complaints from my parents, so I scrubbed the slates at the back of the house. There is still so much to do. Planting and replanting takes lots of time, as well as cleaning all the windows in the house. I have to clean my car as well, it gets dirty if you don't drive it only on the paved roads. And so on...
I might take a day off work on Thursday. To have a proper sleep in the morning. Mr Ž is doing monitoring of birds almost every day now and either he comes home late (midnight or later) or leaves early (3 am to 5 am). I always wake up when he makes noise and I don't fall asleep for some time then. Thoughts just come to my mind. How fast they are in the morning, when I lie in my bed with closed eyes! Next week I will be home alone, also a good time to take some rest.
I really wish to put my bike out again and have a ride. The first one this year! I can't wait!

Cleaning windows - don't get me started on that - ours are filthy. However I do it I just seem to make them smeary - whether it's with a window cleaning squidgey thing; newspaper and turps or window cleaner they always end up smeared. I actually got a quote for someone to clean them for me, outside only $100; inside and outside $165.00. That's for one clean, is it just me or is that expensive? My aunt and uncle in the UK get theirs done once a month for 6stg!!

$165... well, I find this expensive too. Depends on this how many windows you have but it is still quite a lot of money.
I have a few windows, but not a mansion for sure. By the way, the flour sack, when the bag is empty I'll send it to you to use. It's not a special one, just what the flour comes in, but they are actually very handy. Can you send me your address again, I didn't write it down when it changed. x
