Crossroads

Several roads lead from work to my home. There are shops near three of them (or they are called groceries in English, I don't know?). Usually I go to the biggest which is still small compared to the huge shopping centers that I could also go to, if I wished so. This shop is near a place where my parents live, though they rarely do the shopping there. When I need to buy things quickly, this is also the best option because I know where exactly I can find them. On Friday I wanted to buy rice milk but there was only the one mixed with soy milk and the one with supplement of vitamins. I don't buy stuff with vitamins or minerals that are added, I am not so sure this is really good for health. I noticed this:With camera on my shoulder, I couldn't resist to take a photo of it. 3,46 Euro. Quite a lot. Too much. At the same moment I heard someone calling my name. It was my schoolfriend from the University. The last time I met her was four and a half years ago, when she had just moved into her apartment. Which is not so far away from this shop. We have never been friends but nevertheless we spent lots of time together during the lecture breaks. She is single, has no kids, still having the same job, the same hairdo, the same smile. She was glad to meet me and I was glad to meet her. It is interesting that in all that time we were going to the same shop but not once our paths had crossed. We said fairwell with a wish to see each other soon again. I wonder when that will be. If ever.

Interesting. I've never seen quinoa drink like this, I wonder if it is very good for you like the actual grain. I can't imagine it tastes very good, though.

Yes, I wonder too, about the taste. But it is so expensive that I don't think I will ever buy it. For one I can get almost 4 liters of cow milk and two liters of rice one.

What a nice coincidence, running into someone from the past there at the grocer.
