It was a pleasant afternoon. Home alone. When I am alone at home, I cook myself simple things for lunch or dinner. I made myself a spinach soup with millet flakes, some salad with pumpkin oil, I toasted a few pieces of bread, smeared them with garlic, sprinkled over some olive oil and dried basil. I also had an egg after that and some curd with raisins. That's what I eat when I am alone at home.



I won't have time to bake the bread this afternoon, so I baked it yesterday. With rosemary. While the bread was in the oven I was reading and resting. It felt good.
