Welcome autumn!

Yesterday at 23:18 autumn has started here. This is what's been hanging on my door for a week: The wire I used is not strong enough, so a circle has become an ellipse. It looks good anyway.

What have you used to make the circle, Pina? Are they fruits? And how can you be so precise about when Autumn starts?

Circle is made of dog-rose berries (this is what is written in my dictionary, I hope you know what I mean) and juniper berries.
The exact starting time of autumn is written on a calendar hanging on my wall.

I have heard of dog-roses, yes. It just seems a very precise date to say autumn has started! Here we just say it's the 1st of March.
