On Saturday we had some heavy snow showers and I was fed up with counting already at the half of my monitoring route. However, I was content at the end of the weekend, as I did something good again, for the birds and us, the people.

International Waterfowl Count
Here are some photos from this year's IWC. Birds most commonly seen this year where I counted were divers. Lovely birds, it was fun to watch them hunting their food.
