Apples and more

It is time for apple strudels.
By making them we carry on the knowledge of our grandmothers, sometimes adding new ingredients to oldfashioned recepies. I added ground hazelnuts to this one.

I am almost afraid to ask, but how long did it take to make? I am most worried about trying to make the phyllo or the dough.

Phyllo is easy to make, it takes about 10-15 minutes to make it (because you have to knead it until it gets silky structure). Otherwise I bake apple strudel when I have more time, it takes some time to prepare the apples.
