I have finally made stickers for the Cornelian cherry dogwood (Cornus mas) jam I made a few weeks ago. It has a delicious, sweet-savory taste. We will have the fungi on the shelves this winter as well, though only two glasses. I don’t eat fungi anyway but I like picking them. It’s great fun :) If you don’t recognize them, they are Saffron milk caps (Lactarius deliciosus). There were plenty of them in the woods in September.
