Why foreigners like Slovenia? - Part 2

The American guy about whom I was writing about in my last post, stated "socialism" or "democratic socialism" which would be called in the USA "communism" (he says so in his article) as another good reason for living in Slovenia. This includes almost free health care and education at the University, as well as other social benefits (like at least 21 days of paid holidays, pension for retired people, paid maternity leave which lasts one year or even more, ...).

Heaven on Earth, what do you say? Of course he doesn't mention all those people who became redundant in the last year due to the recession...
