Rote bete pasta

Well... I am a bad cook. Pasta with red beet and celery tasted good, but I didn't have mascarpone cheese, so I added sour cream instead, as double cream wasn't good anymore. I also added some parsley and tarragon as you can see on the photo below.Today I will most likely make something with green beans. I will also have to do something against the slugs because it has started to rain and little salad leaves are in big danger! First drought, now slugs! :) Gardeners never rest...

I am completely alone here at work today... and at home, too.
