Inspired by
these lovelies I sew a few birds. I love sewing with felt. It is just that I will have to look around the internet a bit and get myself some colorful ones as our shops have such a narrow selection of them.
I sew also a bird using
this pattern but it came out looking like a pigeon (yes, I need lots of practice). I don't really like it. I think that it is good to use colorful fabric for this project.
It is very interesting that I don't really like birds in my house but I like sewing them. Perhaps I should start making cats as I have full garden of them. The old cat brought her three kittens a few days ago and they have taken over my garden completely!!!

Love the birds, especially that center one with the green wing. That little yellow beak is so cute.
There's a gorgeous felt shop here in Melbourne - I don't know how the cost would translate, but I'll try and remember and send you the link.
I also downloaded that pattern. Ik think your 'pigeon' looks lovely!:D
