Southeast

It was a national holiday yesterday, so I took Monday off. To stay home, to work in my garden, to do some shopping. Weekend was nice, I spent it with lots of people who had only one mission - to count birds. Younger people keep joining this group and I've found out that I was one of the oldest this time. Sometimes acting as a tutor to others who are still in their teens, or being equal to those who are over 18. I also spent some time alone, visiting one of the monasteries in the vicinity; well, they make pralines there, so how could I resist not to go there? :)I realized that things that I've liked from my youth on keep coming back to me. I've started to read one of the books on Crazy Horse again. It keeps calling me, the prairie. :) And yes, castles were great! We stayed in a cottage next to the one on the last photo. Looks great, doesn't it?

Karma for today: Create your unique life.

The pictures are very pretty!

We have a monastery not too far from us - they make bourbon fudge that is so delicious!

Olimje so čudovit kraj, še posebej zaradi čokoladnice in zelišč, ki jih gojijo :)

Lovely photos! Anywhere that makes pralines sounds like a 'must-visit' to me!!

I want to go there, with the castles and the monasteries. To me they are so mysterious and intriguing!
